The afternoon drag (lunch 5/19)

I’ve noticed lately that around the hours of 2-4 every day, I start to get a little sleepy, wishing that work would mandate naptime so I could get rejuvenated and refocused for the rest of the afternoon. Oh well!

Exercise – 10 minutes walking moderately fast on the treadmill (3.8 mph); 20 minutes of strength/weight training

Lunch (305 cals – I forgot to take a picture!)
1 pouch of Chicken of the Sea Salmon w/ 2 tsp light mayo on whole wheat bread
3 oz bag of baby carrots
1 sliced whole kiwifruit

Exercise – 10 minute leisurely walk to bank and back

Mid-afternoon snack (115 cal)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries mixed with 1/2 cup Stonyfield Light vanilla yogurt (my favorite!)
