Usually by 9 or 10 in the morning, I am hungry for a snack, but I’m guessing since I had a vanilla latte, that gave me some extra calories and protein to hold me over! So I am just now having my mid-morning snack:
1/3 cup Stonyfield Farms light vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 2 tbsp chocolate granola (one of the best inventions ever!)
approx. 150 calories
This ended up being a good thing because now I can delay lunch (and an afternoon snack) a bit and not be as hungry when I get home to eat dinner tonight.
Now I am ready to go out for a nice long walk!
