Late night

Those who know me well, know that I am usually in bed early and also early to rise. I don’t know when it changed but somewhere in the mid-20’s, I became a morning person! I also think it’s because I’m tired from exercising and like to go to bed before I need to eat again šŸ˜‰

Last night, or should I say this morning, we did not get home until almost 2 a.m.! So needless to say, I was starving by the time we got home and had to eat another snack. So you are getting the rundown in reverse order:

Late night snack – mini-bagel with cinnamon raisin PB:

Earlier in the evening snack – Honey graham Z bar (very good, btw!)
Dinner – Subway sandwich: Turkey on wheat with no cheese, tons of veggies, mustard and apples (don’t know why apple picture came out so small!)

Snack before we left home: I was feeling hungry and wanted to have a nutritious snack since I didn’t know what all I would be eating the rest of the night, so I made some Instant Breakfast (no sugar added) with skim milk:

There you have it! What a long day it was šŸ˜‰
