Backtracking…here is what I had for breakfast Saturday morning…1 cup of Silk plain soy yogurt with 1 cup of berries!
About halfway through, I realized I had a little bit of granola left, so I used it up…
A little while after breakfast, I went out for a walk for about 70 minutes and a little over 4 miles. I was going to run part of it, but I was so sore from my cardio kickboxing class and suffering from cramps (sorry if that’s TMI) so I took it easy but still got a good workout, I thought.
After my walk and shower, I had 1/4 cup of trail mix (no pic).
I went out to lunch with my mom to Max & Erma’s and got the Shrimp Stack Salad (322 calories). Then we headed to Barnes & Noble and I sipped a tall soy Pumpkin Spice latte (230 cals), it must be Fall! I definitely indulged a bit in my coffee drinks this weekend but I kept track of myself, calorie-wise and at least I got some protein from the soy milk, right? 🙂
Later in the afternoon, I was hungry, so I had some carrots & hummus and a glass of Lactaid Fat free milk! I’m so excited to try this because I love drinking milk but can’t tolerate it anymore, but this brand is dairy milk containing the enzyme I need to digest it. So far, so good!
Before we left for the UFC, I watched some of Dana White’s blog (UFC president and bald hottie) on Youtube and sipped a Coke Zero and nibbled on two dark chocolate kisses 😉
Dinner was at Buffalo Wild Wings…I got 4 ‘naked’ (grilled) chicken tenders and lightly dipped it in the new Southwest Chipotle sauce (pretty good but not the best). I also had a side salad (no croutons or cheese) with light italian.
When I got home, I was hungry and craving some bad stuff, but I had a cup of grapes! It actually did the trick and I went to bed a happy camper 🙂
