More treadmill action
Before I forget, I just want to thank everyone who has commented on my blog today! I really appreciate everyone’s support and just know that I hope to do the same for you 🙂
This morning at work, I had 1 cup of coffee with a packet of Equal and 1/4 cup plain soymilk. Then for a snack (pre-workout fuel), I had some…you guessed it…mixed nuts! 🙂
We warmed up walking for 5 minutes, then we ran (gradually increasing speed) for 15 minutes. Then, I walked at 3.8 mph and steadily increased the incline until I reached 15.0, then I came back down, ran some more, walked to cool down and then turned around and walked on the treadmill backward for 5 minutes.
It was sort of random but I got so sweaty and burned almost 400 calories! Those are the kind of workouts I like 😉
