Pom seeds & AB?

I woke up this morning really hungry and craving some hot oatmeal! Big surprise right? 😉

But, I was unsure of what combination I would make today. I decided right away that I wanted some almond butter but I didn’t want to do apple again because I had that yesterday. Then I remembered I still had some pomegranate seeds leftover and I pondered, do pomegranate seeds and almond butter go together?

I went ahead and made it, also throwing in a tbsp of walnuts and a tsp of sugar free syrup to give the oats some sweetness. What can I say? It tasted really great!

I also had a cup of coffee with a packet of equal and about 1/8 cup of soy milk. I brewed an entire pot, thinking for some reason that I would have more than one cup, but as usual, one was enough. So I put the rest of the coffee in the fridge to perhaps make an iced coffee later or put it in something else.

Happy Friday everybody, hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and don’t overdo it with the shopping today! I’m skipping out this year and instead going to see “Australia” with my best bud, good way to spend the day 😉

Be back soon!
