Starting a new week!
I’m actually really glad today is Monday because it’s the start of a new week, plus this is my last week of work for 2008, woo hoo!
I also like starting a new week because I get back to a routine which helps me keep my diet & exercise more in balance. This week should be particularly calm, I’m hoping 😉
I woke up and took the doggie out in the rain for 25 minutes, then after we got back in and dried off, I made a really simple breakfast of oats + skim milk, with peanut butter and walnuts, and a cup of instant flavored coffee (cinnamon chocolate) that I ended up only drinking 2/3 of. I think I used too much water, better try a tea cup next time!
