1 hour of cardio, please!
I hit the gym today and worked out for an hour and burned 400 calories! Not bad for a Monday. 🙂
I needed to read for a class, so I pedaled for 30 minutes on the stationary bike (levels 5-7, 6.5 miles) and then walked on the treadmill for about 33 minutes, gradually increasing and decreasing the incline (1.0-5.0) but staying at a steady speed of 3.8 mph except when warming up and cooling down (2 miles total).
I can’t wait for tomorrow’s morning workout, time to pump some iron! Speaking of which, I wish my desk at work was like this, don’t you all?
