Oh yeah, food!

I’ve been blogging so much about exercise lately that I almost forgot about food…NOT!

This one is going to be short and sweet; haven’t done one of these in a while!

I don’t know what happened to breakfast from yesterday, but I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios + 1/4 cup raisins + 1 cup of 1% milk 🙂

You also will not see the previously mentioned late night snacks from Thursday night. Sorry so short guys, will review the products you see later!

  1. What yummy eats!! The Hot ‘n Healthy bars – did they fill you up? The regular Pure Proteins are fabulous at filling me up but I’ve been hesitant to try the H’nH. Have a great Friday 🙂
