Quick lunch

Post, that is!

Veggie burger on whole wheat with 2% cheese, spinach and mustard; mixed italian veggies; orange 🙂

Since we’re currently experiencing 65 degree weather, this afternoon’s run has moved to the outdoors….woooo hoooo! Thank you God for this beautiful day and please let Spring be here to stay.

About Sarah Frankel

I am 29 years old and a resident of Louisville, Kentucky. I've been married to my husband Josh for 6 years and we have a 5 year old beagle named Suzie. Four years ago, I changed my eating and exercise habits, dropping 70 pounds and gaining an entirely new life. I took up running in September 2007 and became vegan in October 2009. I am constantly striving to improve my life so that I can live it to the fullest! I hope you will join me on my life journey.

  1. Hey just wanted to pop in and say that I like your blog =)

Also, I see that you like the veggie burgers, have you tried morningstar “chicken” patty? It is pretty good too =)

    • Thank you so much for the comment Mari!

I think I have tried the chicken patties before, but its been so long, I’ll have to check them out again. I do have some of the chicken strips in the freezer right now that I want to use soon 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Enjoy your run!! I am yearning for an outside run. It is warm here, too! Yay! Hopefully it will last through the weekend when my mom and dad are around to help watch kids while I go for a run and enjoy it!

  3. This heatwave can definitely stick around for a while! Hope you enjoyed your run 🙂
