Spaghetti with “meat” sauce
I had a great dinner tonight!
It all started with this:
Which came out looking like this:
I wasn’t sure what to think at first, but I took out a portion and heated it up with some Emeril’s marinara sauce and broccoli while some whole grain spaghetti was cooking.
I ended up with more sauce than spaghetti, fine by me!

The Smart Ground was good, this was my first time using it (I used to use Morningstar but so many of their products aren’t vegan). I like to use some sort of protein with my pasta because alone it does not satisfy me for long.
I think on its own it probably doesn’t have much flavor but it worked well in this dish! My stomach is very happy right now 🙂
