Last night for dinner, Josh and I went to BD’s Mongolian Grill, which was my idea because we had a coupon and we hadn’t been there in a long time!
Plus, I was sort of in the mood for tofu, brown rice and veggies 🙂
Before we went though, I snacked on some mixed nuts to hold me over.
They changed their menu a bit since last time we were there and now with dinner, the salad bar is included! I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get some more vitamins and minerals in my system.
Then came my bowl!
This bowl contained: tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, red potato slices, white onion, red & green peppers, snap peas, bean sprouts, tomatoes, water chestnuts…I think that’s it 😉
BD’s is really cool because if you are vegetarian, they will use different tongs to cook your food. Also, if you have certain allergies they make special accommodations for that.
It’s great to have another place that Josh and I can go to together and be totally satisfied.
Once dinner digested, I had a little bit of oatmeal with Dark Chocolate Dreams for a snack.
Then, it hit me. I was so hungry that it hurt. I think the 10 mile race caught up with me. I had another little bowl of oatmeal with regular PB and one of these popsicles.
Then I fell asleep on the couch while we were watching “The Informant” which was weird and I totally didn’t get the point of. Oh well 😉
